International Orders

GLOBAL SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order & Communication

Action! accepts international orders from most countries. All communications regarding orders, inquiries, or issues will be handled via email.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid and correct email address.

If you do not receive the shipping quotation within two (2) business days (excluding weekends and holidays), please feel free to contact us at sales@action-tw.com for follow-up.


2. Payment Methods

Accepted international payment methods are:

  • PayPal
  • ECPay

3. Import Regulations & Compliance

Shipping eligibility is subject to the customs regulations of the destination country.

Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable import laws, regulations, and restrictions prior to placing an order.


4. Duties, Taxes & Fees

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in our pricing and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Action! has no control over and cannot predict these charges.


5. Customs Seizure & Shipping Risk

Action! shall not be held responsible for any packages that are seized, confiscated, denied entry, or abandoned by customs authorities.

In such cases, no refunds, reshipments, or compensation will be provided.

If a package is lost or damaged during transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier; however, the final decision rests with the carrier.


6. Shipping Method

All international orders will be shipped via one of the following methods, depending on the destination, parcel contents, and operational arrangement:

  • Airmail
  • EMS (Express Mail Service)
  • UPS

Please note that not all items are eligible for shipment via every method. Shipping availability will be determined based on the product type, destination country, and carrier restrictions.

Action! reserves the right to select or adjust the shipping method as necessary to ensure compliance with shipping regulations and successful delivery.


7. Recipient Information

Customers must provide complete recipient details in English, including:

  • Full name
  • Full address
  • Valid mobile phone number

Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in shipping delays, delivery failure, or additional charges, which shall be borne by the customer.


8. Promotions

Shipping promotions, discounts, or special offers are not applicable to international orders.


9. Final Sale Policy

All international sales are final.

No returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once the order has been shipped.

All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch.


10. Defective Items

If a defective product is received, customers must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting sales@action-tw.com, and provide the following:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Complete unboxing video (from the moment the parcel is opened)

The unboxing video must clearly show the parcel being opened from its original sealed condition and the contents inside.

Claims without sufficient supporting evidence, including a complete unboxing video, may be rejected.


11. Shipping Time & Delivery

Estimated shipping time is 3–21 business days, depending on the destination.

Delivery timelines are not guaranteed, as shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures.

Delays caused by customs inspections or other external factors are beyond our control.
