GLOBAL SHIPPING POLICY

1.      Action! accept international orders from most countries. Action! correspond with all international customers via email regarding any questions, problems or issues with an existing order. Please make sure your email address is correct. Action! will provide you the shipping quotes. If you do not receive a shipping quote after 2 business days, please email "sales@action-tw.com" to check on the status of your request.

3.      Customs restrictions and conditions will dictate whether shipping is permissible to a certain country. Customer is responsible for knowing and understanding all local and government regulations regarding importation before placing an order.

4.      Orders shipped outside of Taiwan may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. We have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.

5.      Action! is not responsible for any international packages that are abandoned, seized, or denied entry by any Customs Agent/Agency, and no refunds will be issued. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, we will provide assistance with filing the necessary claims with the shipping agent.

6.      All orders will be shipped EMS Standard International. Item description page will list any items that are "EMS shippable"

7.      Please provide recipient information in English: recipients name, address and mobile phone number.

8.      Shipping promotions and discounts are not applicable on any international order.

9.      All international sales are final. No returns or exchanges. We will examine your goods carefully before shipment.

10.   If you receive defective products, please email to "sales@action-tw.com" with photos and descriptions of the defective products no later than 14 days. We will reply to you ASAP.

11.   International orders take 3-14 business days to ship due to different destination. Delivery dates are not guaranteed due to required importation and customs inspections. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
