Airsoft Shipping & Regulations

Last updated: | Brand: Action! Airsoft (Pro-Act Co., Ltd)

This page provides general guidance for shipping airsoft replicas and parts to different countries. It is an informational notice for shoppers and not legal advice. Laws and customs practice can change without notice and may be interpreted differently by local officers. Before ordering, please confirm the latest rules in your country. If a parcel is seized or returned due to destination regulations, refunds are not available (unless a specific policy is stated otherwise).

A. Complete replicas

The following destinations generally accept complete airsoft replicas and parts, provided local requirements are observed (e.g., energy caps, markings, documents). Actual clearance depends on local law and customs practice.

United States (USA) complete replicas Common requirements: blaze-orange tip; CA SB199 colored panels
  • We attach a blaze-orange muzzle tip before dispatch.
  • For California shipments, we apply colored panels per SB199 practice (e.g., grip, handguard, magazine, stock).
  • State and city rules may vary (appearance, carry rules). Please confirm locally.
United Kingdom (UK) complete replicas Common requirements: UKARA or two-tone (≥ 50% bright color)
  • Customers with a valid UKARA defense can receive standard finishes; otherwise a two-tone (≥50% bright) finish is commonly required.
  • Please provide UKARA details at checkout notes to speed up processing.
Japan complete replicas Common requirement: energy cap <= 0.98J
  • Typical practical limit is ≤ 0.98J. Order models within this spec and re-check locally.
South Korea complete replicas (case-by-case) Common practice: very low energy cap (e.g., ~0.2J); lasers/red-dots often restricted
  • Energy limits are very low; enforcement may vary by locality.
  • Some laser/red-dot optics may not be accepted for clearance.
New Zealand complete replicas Common requirement: recipient obtains a one-off import permit
  • In practice, a one-off import permit is often required (applied for by the recipient).
Selected EU countries (e.g., France, Spain, Czechia, Poland) complete replicas Common requirements: energy caps; details vary by country
  • Most allow imports with energy caps typically around 0.5 – 1.5J, but rules differ.
  • Some jurisdictions (e.g., Germany) have stricter marking/operation rules—see Parts-only below.

B. Parts-only (no complete replicas)

These destinations generally do not clear complete replicas or the success rate is low. We therefore ship parts only. Note that look-alike or core components (e.g., receivers, slides, frames, outer barrels, magazines, GBB bolts, suppressors/tracers) may also be treated as sensitive.

Germany parts-only Reason: high risk for complete replica clearance; strict marking/semi-auto rules
  • Complete replicas are often seized or returned in practice. We offer parts-only shipping.
Switzerland parts-only Note: certain optics (laser/red-dot) may be restricted
  • No complete replicas; parts are acceptable, but laser/red-dot optics may be restricted.
Australia parts-only (non-sensitive) Reason: strict state-level controls
  • No complete replicas; only non-sensitive parts. Receiver-like items or key components are typically not cleared.
Canada special constraints Practice: specific AEG specs often required; many core components not accepted
  • Common practice: only specific AEG configurations are accepted (e.g., muzzle velocity ≥ 366 FPS @ 0.2g); many core parts (receivers, slides/frames, magazines, GBB bolts, shells, suppressors/tracers) are not accepted.
Malaysia, Philippines, Macau, Indonesia parts-only (with restrictions)
  • Complete replicas are typically not cleared; parts shipments must avoid receivers/slides/frames/magazines/GBB bolts/shell-ejecting parts/suppressors/tracers.

C. We do not ship

These destinations are prohibited by law, by customs practice, or due to sanctions/logistics. No shipments (complete replicas or parts).

Mainland China (PRC) no shipments
  • High-risk destination: complete replicas and core components are not accepted.
Russia, India, Singapore and others
  • These destinations have explicit prohibitions and/or an extremely high return/seizure rate. We do not accept orders.

FAQ

Why are some destinations parts-only?

Countries classify imitation firearms differently. Some treat them as controlled items or high-risk goods. Even where the law seems to allow imports, customs practice may still refuse clearance. Our policy prioritizes clearance success rate and compliance risk, so we take a conservative approach.

Will you prepare country-specific markings (orange tip, SB199 panels, UKARA, two-tone)?

Yes. We provide basic pre-shipment handling as commonly required (e.g., US orange tip, CA SB199 colored panels; UK UKARA verification or two-tone finish). If you have extra requests, please contact support immediately after placing your order with your order number.

Who pays duties and clearance fees?

International shipping may incur duties/taxes/clearance fees, payable by the recipient under local rules. We provide tracking and dispatch proof. If customs seize/return due to destination rules or missing documents, we cannot refund.

Can you split a replica and ship as parts?

It depends on the model and risk assessment. Some entry-level models or shotguns are not suitable for disassembly. Please consult support before ordering.

My country is not listed. Can you ship?

Please email your destination, postal code, and desired items. We will review current rules and logistics. If the risk is too high, we may decline the order.

Reminder: Do not display realistic-looking airsoft replicas in public places. Please follow local safety and transport rules.
