International Order Policy

【Import Regulations & Compliance】

Shipping eligibility is subject to the customs regulations of the destination country.

Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable import laws, regulations, and restrictions prior to placing an order.


【Duties, Taxes & Fees】

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in our pricing and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Action! has no control over and cannot predict these charges.


【Customs Seizure & Shipping Risk】

Action! shall not be held responsible for any packages that are seized, confiscated, denied entry, or abandoned by customs authorities.

In such cases, no refunds, reshipments, or compensation will be provided.

If a package is lost or damaged during transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier; however, the final decision rests with the carrier.


【Final Sale Policy】

All international sales are final.

No returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once the order has been shipped.

All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch.


【Defective Items】

If a defective product is received, customers must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting sales@action-tw.com, and provide the following:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Complete unboxing video (from the moment the parcel is opened)

The unboxing video must clearly show the parcel being opened from its original sealed condition and the contents inside.

Claims without sufficient supporting evidence, including a complete unboxing video, may be rejected.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. If you experience any issues while operating or using the product, please feel free to contact us via our customer service hotline at +886-2-2990-2270 or by email at sales@action-tw.com.

2. If you receive a product with quality defects or serious manufacturing flaws that result in product damage, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for return or exchange arrangements. Please carefully inspect the product appearance upon receipt.
(Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the damage is determined to be caused by improper use, operation, modification, or other human factors.)


【Seven-Day Cooling-Off Period】

(According to Taiwan Consumer Protection Act)

1. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Taiwan, consumers are entitled to a seven-day cooling-off period after receiving the product. The day after delivery is considered Day 1. Requests for returns or cancellations must be submitted within 7 days after receipt. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

2. All purchases made through the ACTION! website are covered by the seven-day cooling-off period policy. If you have any concerns regarding the product received, please contact us within 7 days for return or exchange assistance.

3. Please note that the cooling-off period is not a trial period. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with complete packaging, including the product itself, accessories, manuals, and original manufacturer packaging.
Please do not disassemble, inspect internally, modify the product, or damage the original packaging. The original product box and packaging are considered part of the product. Missing items, damaged packaging, or incomplete contents may affect your return eligibility, and restoration fees may be deducted depending on the extent of the damage.

【After-Sales Service】

(According to Taiwan Consumer Protection Act)

1. For products beyond the seven-day cooling-off period, we only provide repair services. Thank you for your understanding.

2. If your product develops any malfunction or damage during future use, please feel free to contact us for assistance.

3. Customers are responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs for repair services. Before proceeding with any repair work, we will first contact you with an inspection result and repair quotation for your confirmation.
